TERMS OF SERVICE

The plain-English agreement between you and WasteGrab when you book a pickup.

Effective date: April 27, 2026 Β· Last updated: April 27, 2026

By booking a pickup or using the WasteGrab website (wastegrab.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't book β€” call us at (682) 382-2992 instead and we'll handle it the old-fashioned way.

1. The service

WasteGrab LLC, a Texas-licensed and insured junk-removal company, will load and haul away the items you point us at. We provide a 2-person crew, a Ford F-150 + 5Γ—20 flatbed (~12 cubic yards), fuel, dump fees, and disposal β€” all included in the price you book at.

2. The price

The price you see in the AI quote tool, on the pricing page, or that you confirm at booking is the price you pay β€” provided the items match what we agreed to haul. The AI estimate is not binding. We confirm the final number with you in person, before any work, on site. If the actual job is bigger than the photos showed (more items, heavier material, items not loadable as described, etc.) we'll quote you the new number and you can accept, decline, or scope the job down.

We don't charge fuel surcharges, dump fees, or after-the-fact add-ons. The number we agree to on site is what's on the receipt.

3. What we won't haul

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot haul:

  • Hazardous waste β€” paint, gasoline, propane tanks (full or empty), fertilizer, pool chemicals, asbestos, lead-based items
  • Medical waste, biohazards, or human/animal remains
  • Wet or contaminated material that would leak in the truck
  • Loose chemicals, liquids over 1 gallon, or unidentified containers
  • Items that exceed our truck's safe load capacity

If we arrive and find items in this category, we'll haul what we can and leave the rest with notes on local disposal options.

4. Adding items at the door

If you decide on the day of pickup that you want us to haul more than the booked job, we'll do our best to accommodate. Pricing is at the same per-volume tier on our pricing page. If we don't have capacity that day, we'll schedule a follow-up.

5. Ownership of the junk

Once we load an item into the truck and you've paid for the pickup, the item becomes our property. We route donatable items to local charity partners first, recycle what we can, and dispose of the rest at a licensed facility. You can't reclaim items after they leave your property.

6. Property damage

We carry $1,000,000 general liability insurance. If we damage your floor, wall, doorway, driveway, fence, or anything else during pickup, tell our crew on site so we can document it, and follow up by email within 7 days. We'll coordinate with our insurer to make it right. We're not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (rotted wood, loose tile, etc.) or by items you have us haul that turn out to be heavier than represented.

7. Cancellations & reschedules

  • Cancel or reschedule any time up to 2 hours before your window β€” no charge.
  • Same-day cancellations within 2 hours of the window: $25 trip fee.
  • If we arrive on site and you're not home or the items aren't accessible: $50 trip fee.

To cancel, reply to your confirmation text or call us. We'll text or email back to confirm.

8. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the pickup. We accept cash, Zelle, and major credit/debit cards via our portable card reader. We do not store full card numbers β€” only the last 4 digits and a token from our payment processor for refund purposes.

9. SMS and email communication

By booking, you opt in to receive transactional messages about your booking β€” confirmation, night-before reminder, and "on the way" text. Up to 4 SMS messages per booking. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts or sell your number to anyone.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, WasteGrab's total liability for any claim arising out of a single pickup is limited to the amount you paid for that pickup. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages β€” including lost income, lost data, or emotional distress.

This section does not limit our liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.

11. Disputes & arbitration

If we have a disagreement we can't resolve by talking, both you and WasteGrab agree to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Tarrant County, Texas. Each side bears its own attorney fees. You give up the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.

Either party may bring a claim in Texas small claims court instead, for any dispute that fits the small-claims dollar limit.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for anything that ends up in court is the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes that affect existing bookings will be communicated to affected customers by email. Continuing to use the service or website after a change means you accept the new version.

14. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
