Plain-English breakdown of what we collect, why, and how to make us stop.

1. Who we are

WasteGrab LLC ("WasteGrab", "we", "us") is a Texas-licensed junk-removal business based in Fort Worth, Texas. This policy covers wastegrab.com and any service we provide on the ground.

2. What we collect

When you book or get a quote:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • The pickup address and any access notes you give us
  • Photos you upload to the quote tool
  • Booking details: items, scheduled window, special requests
  • Limited payment-confirmation details from our payment processor — we never store full card numbers

When you visit the site:

  • Approximate location (city / state level)
  • Basic usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring source
  • Standard device and browser information

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not run third-party tracking pixels on this site.

3. How we use it

  • To do the job — confirm the booking, route to your address, calculate the price, send reminders
  • To follow up — text or call you about your specific booking
  • To improve the site — see which pages convert, where the flow breaks, what items people most often haul
  • To keep things safe — flag suspicious bookings, block fraud attempts, comply with the law if asked

We do not use your information to train any AI model. We do not profile you for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We work with a limited set of service providers solely to operate the business. Each only receives the minimum information needed to perform its function. Categories include:

  • Email delivery (booking confirmations and receipts)
  • Image-analysis services (to estimate quotes from the photos you upload)
  • Mapping and address-lookup providers (to validate the pickup address and plan routing)
  • Payment processing
  • Hosting and infrastructure

These providers are contractually limited to using your information to deliver their service to us. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we only release data when a valid court order or subpoena requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by tax and other applicable laws. Quote photos and site analytics are kept for limited periods and then deleted or aggregated. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

  • Show you everything we have on you (a copy of your data)
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete everything (we'll keep the bare minimum required by tax law)
  • Stop using your data for anything except completing an in-flight booking
  • Stop SMS messages by replying STOP to any text — or by emailing us

If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have these rights as a matter of law and we honor them regardless of where the request comes from.

Children

Junk removal isn't a service for kids. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.

7. Cookies and similar tech

We use minimal browser storage to keep your session active and to remember preferences such as a tracking opt-out. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on stored data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep yours safe. If you believe you've found a security issue, please report it to contact@wastegrab.com and we'll respond as quickly as possible.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make a substantive change we'll update the "Last updated" date and, if you've ever booked with us, send you an email about it. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the new version.
