We're based in Fort Worth and cover the city plus the surrounding suburbs at no extra charge. Use the ZIP code checker on our homepage to confirm we serve your area. Further out in DFW? Give us a call at (682) 382-2992 β€” we usually still come, sometimes with a small travel fee for the longer drive.
How does the AI quote tool work?
You snap photos of every pile of junk you want hauled away β€” basement, garage, backyard, wherever. Upload them all at once. Our AI identifies what's there, estimates the volume, and gives you an honest price range. You can remove anything it got wrong or add anything it missed (autofill from our list of common items). The price you see is what you'll pay β€” confirmed when our crew arrives.
Is the AI quote a final price?
The AI quote is a preliminary estimate based on your photos. It's usually very close to your final price β€” but a real person reviews every job before the truck rolls, and the actual price is confirmed in person before any work starts. If the photos showed less than what's actually there (or more), we'll update the quote and you can decide whether to proceed. No surprises, no obligation.
How soon can you pick up?
Same-day pickup is often available β€” call us in the morning and we'll usually fit you in. Otherwise, we book 2-hour windows Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm. You'll get a text the morning of with a tighter ETA.
Do I have to be home for the pickup?
Yes β€” for most pickups someone needs to be there to confirm what we're hauling and to handle payment.

Can't be there in person? Just call ahead and let us know. We can text you a secure payment link (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or card via Square) that you can pay from anywhere on your phone. We'll send photos of everything we loaded so you can confirm before the payment is finalized. For inside-the-house pickups, someone 18+ needs to be on-site to let us in.
Do you offer discounts for veterans, seniors, or military?
Yes! We offer the following discounts β€” just mention you qualify when you book or when our crew arrives:
  • 15% off for U.S. military veterans
  • 15% off for active-duty military
  • 10% off for customers age 65+
  • 10% off when a friend or neighbor refers you
We don't ask for proof β€” we trust our neighbors.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. We charge after the truck is loaded β€” never before.
What happens to my stuff after you take it?
We sort it on the truck. Anything that's still useful (gently used furniture, working appliances, clothes, kids' toys, etc.) goes to local Fort Worth charity partners β€” national thrift networks, building-materials reuse centers, direct-to-family programs, faith-based community charities, and homeless-outreach missions. Metal goes to scrap recyclers. Electronics go to certified e-waste facilities. Mattresses go to mattress recyclers. Only what nobody can use ends up at the landfill β€” usually less than 30% of what we haul.
What if you can't take everything I have?
We can't haul certain hazardous items by law: paint, gasoline, propane tanks, asbestos, biohazards, and similar. Our AI will flag these in your quote. For these items, your local Household Hazardous Waste day will usually take them for free β€” we can point you to the right resource.
Do I need to move things outside before you arrive?
Nope! That's literally why we exist. Our 2-person crew handles all the lifting, carrying, and loading β€” wherever the items are. Just point and we'll grab.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule anytime up to 1 hour before your pickup window β€” just text or call. No fees, no hassle.
Are you insured?
Fully licensed and insured with $1,000,000 in general liability coverage. We'll happily provide our COI to property managers, HOAs, or anyone who needs it.
Will I get reminders before my pickup?
Yes! When you book, we'll text you a confirmation immediately, a reminder the night before, and another text the morning of when our crew is on the way. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
